DocFlow automatically processes loan documents based on specific actions in the
Loan Origination System (LOS), reducing manual effort and ensuring seamless
workflow management.
● Field Changes in LOS – When specific fields in LOS are updated, loan
documents are classified and displayed in the Pipeline.
● Milestone Updates in LOS – Changing a loan milestone (e.g., Underwriting
to Conditional Approval) triggers document classification and validation.
● Document Upload in eFolder – New document uploads initiate classification,
extraction, and validation, updating the loan status accordingly.
