Results Section

Results Section

Once the Desktop Underwriter (DU), Loan Process Advisor (LPA), or both DU and LPA run is completed in the AUS Sandbox application, the results are displayed in the results section. This section includes:

  1. Findings: This part of the results provides the conclusions reached by the automated underwriting systems (DU and/or LPA). It includes the assessment of the loan's risk, eligibility, and recommendations. This information is vital for making informed decisions about loan approvals.
  2. Logs: The logs record the sequence of events during the underwriting process. They provide a detailed account of the steps taken by the systems, any data processed, and any notable events or errors that occurred during the run. Logs are important for troubleshooting issues, understanding the decision-making process of the systems, and maintaining a record of the underwriting process.

The "Findings" section under the AUS result is a crucial part of the AUS Sandbox where users can access detailed underwriting findings after successfully running the Automated Underwriting System (AUS). This includes in-depth analysis and results of the underwriting process.

The information in this section is structured and presented in a user-friendly manner for easy understanding and interpretation. It may include data on the borrower's creditworthiness, risk level, and the loan's adherence to lending guidelines. The section may also highlight any potential issues or areas of concern that arose during the underwriting process.

This comprehensive report provides users with critical insights needed to make informed decisions about loan approvals, adjustments, or denials. It also assists in identifying any further documentation or verification that may be required from the borrower. Therefore, the "Findings" section is a vital tool for loan officers and underwriters in the loan approval process.
