The "Previous Submission" tab is a feature in the AUS Sandbox application that lets users view the historical details of their automated underwriting system (AUS) submissions. When a user selects this tab, they are redirected to a page that provides them with a comprehensive overview of past submissions and their details.
The historical details presented include:
- Submission Entries: This refers to the individual instances where the AUS was run. Every time a user runs the AUS, it is logged as a submission entry.
- Date and Time of Submission: This detail allows users to know when each AUS was run. It provides a timestamp, giving users a chronological view of their submissions.
- Status: The status of a submission could range from "in progress" to "completed" or any other relevant stages. It lets users know the outcome of each AUS run.
- Recommendation: After each AUS run, a recommendation is generated based on the analysis. This recommendation is part of the historical details users can review.
In addition to these historical details, users also have the option to:
- View AUS Results: By clicking on the "View" option, users can access a detailed report of the AUS results for each submission. This comprehensive report includes the risk assessment, eligibility, and other key findings of the AUS.
- View Changed Values During Submission: By selecting the "Show Changed Values" checkbox, users can see any values or parameters that were changed during the submission process. This feature provides users with a clear overview of the modifications made during each AUS run.
Finally, users can view the "Rep and Warrant" comparison in the result section, which provides a detailed comparison between the representations and warranties for different loan scenarios. Reps and Warrants are assurances given by the borrower to the lender on various aspects of the loan, such as the accuracy of the information provided. Comparing these across different scenarios can help users understand how different factors impact the assurances provided by the borrower.
