  • Users are provided with the ability to view and modify various fields within certain sections, or 'accordions', in the AUS Sandbox application. This flexibility allows users to adjust parameters and information as required during the loan process, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of data. These editable sections include:
    1. Subject Property Details: Information about the property associated with the loan, such as its address, value, type, and occupancy status, can be viewed and adjusted.
    2. Loan Information: This includes the essential details about the loan itself, like the loan amount, term, interest rate, and purpose. Users can make necessary modifications in this section.
    3. Monthly Payment Details: In this section, users can view and modify the borrower's expected monthly payments associated with the loan.
    4. Income: This accordion allows users to view and edit the borrower's primary income sources and amounts, essential for assessing the borrower's ability to repay the loan.
    5. Other Income: In addition to the main income, users can also view and modify any additional income sources the borrower may have.
    6. Asset: Users can adjust and update the borrower's assets, like savings and investments, which are crucial for determining the borrower's financial stability.
    7. Other Asset: This section allows users to view and modify any additional assets owned by the borrower.
    8. Liabilities: Current debts and financial obligations of the borrower are listed here for users to view and modify.
    9. Other Liabilities: Any additional financial obligations not captured in the main liabilities section can be viewed and adjusted in this section.
  • The ability to modify these fields allows for a dynamic and adaptable loan process, where information can be updated as circumstances change, providing an accurate, real-time view of the loan scenario at any given time.

  • Users have the ability to adjust the scenario values and execute the AUS.
  • The results of the AUS will be shown.
  • The Expand All / Collapse All button is used for displaying or hiding the information in the accordions.
  • By clicking on the 'Show changed value' checkbox, users can see the updated scenario field values.
  • If mandatory fields are left empty and the user tries to run the AUS, a popup will appear indicating the missing information.
  • Upon clicking an accordion, users can see the fields that are missing information, marked with a red outline and a missing icon.
