Run Both DU/LPA

The AUS Sandbox updates several crucial aspects after a successful DU (Desktop Underwriter) and LPA (Loan Process Advisor) run.

  • AUS Tracking Update: The AUS Sandbox makes an entry for both DU & LPA in the AUS tracking. This helps keep a record of all the runs performed for each loan, providing a clear audit trail.
  • Findings Upload to eFolder: The findings from the DU & LPA runs are not just displayed within the AUS Sandbox; they are also uploaded to the eFolder. This ensures that the valuable insights derived from the AUS evaluations are securely stored and can be accessed in the future for reference or further analysis.
  • HMDA Recommendation Update in LOS: HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) recommendations resulting from the DU & LPA runs are updated in the Loan Origination System (LOS). This helps in maintaining compliance with HMDA regulations and assists in future decision-making processes regarding the loan.
