AUS Sandbox simultaneously runs both Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Freddie Mac's Loan Process Advisor(LPA). AUS Sandbox provides lenders with comprehensive risk assessments, helping them make informed decisions about loan approvals.

The AUS Sandbox is an application that concurrently runs both Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Freddie Mac's Loan Process Advisor (LPA). It's a web-based platform designed to facilitate customer-centric lending from any location and at any time. The application assists lenders by providing comprehensive risk assessments, which aid in making informed decisions about loan approvals. It features a loan pipeline which manages and tracks the status of all loans within the system, allows for searching and filtering of loans, and provides the ability to run, view, and modify editable fields of loan scenarios.
