Edit and Update LOS
The Edit and Update LOS feature allows users to synchronize loan data between
DocFlow and the Loan Origination System (LOS). This functionality is specifically
designed for managing validation failures, ensuring that corrections are accurately
reflected in the LOS.
Key Features:
● The Update LOS button is enabled only when a user modifies field values in
LOS.
● Updates are applicable only to loans with a Failed validation status (not
document values).
● Changes made to flow rule statuses are reflected when the update is
triggered.
● Any manually overridden rules are stored in the Overridden tab for reference.
Ensures instant data updates between DocFlow and LOS, minimizing
discrepancies.
By using the Update LOS feature, users can efficiently manage loan validation
failures, maintain accurate loan records, and ensure a seamless workflow between
DocFlow and LOS.
